🍅Though the spring was tough, diligent work from our friends @villagegardenrva has brought on the tomato harvest!

🍷Join us this coming Thursday, June 30th for 5 beautiful courses, incredible wine from @barboursville, and the richness of Virginia tomatoes.

📒 Dinner is $75, wine pairings included for an additional $25
1st course: Ruby Salts on the half shell with tomato coriander mignonette

2nd : Heirloom cherry tomatoes, fire roasted eggplant & ‘nduja purée, pumpernickel crumb, house goat milk ricotta, olive oil, micro herbs

3rd : Butter poached halibut, charred tomatoes, fennel soubise, fennel and lemon fritto misto

4th : Sesame panko crusted duck breast, black tea, cardamom, & honey glaze
endive and tomato salad & passion fruit, habanero, coconut milk sauce

Intermezzo : Tomato- cinnamon sorbet with white balsamic & black pepper

5th : Shortbread with grilled nectarine, mascarpone vanilla bean mousse, tomato & strawberry compote, sorrel verjus consommé

🍅It’s time for ALL the tomatoes, folks!! We’re stoked to be a part of this summer series put on by @villagegardenrva and @barboursville

🍷We’ll be presenting a 5-course meal with wine pairings on Thursday, June 30th at 6pm - cost is $75 a person.

🍽Dinner will feature everything from Ruby Salts to duck breast, & it’s guaranteed to be a delight to your palate! Give us a call for reservations!!
